If you have entered your JU username and password into the off-campus login screen and you're unable to get past the screen, look at the questions below to guide you in getting access.
1. Are you entering your JU username?
Sometimes users mistakenly enter their JU e-mail address here. Check to make sure that you are ONLY entering your JU username. (Example: library1 and NOT email@example.com)
2. When is the last time you updated or changed your password?
You may need to update/change your password at the MyJU portal.
3. Is your browser using a saved password that is no longer the current password?
Type in your password in the password field to ensure you're using the most up-to-date password.
4. Do you have cookies enabled on your browser?
