If you have entered your JU userid and password and the system is not accepting your information there are a few things you might want to check out:
1. Are you entering your JU userid? Sometimes students mistakenly enter their JU email address here. Check to make sure that you are ONLY entering your JU userid. Example: JSmith1 and NOT JSmith1@jacksonville.edu
2. When is the last time you updated or changed your password? You may need to update/change your password at the myJU portal. At JU password changes are required approximately every semester.
3. Do you have cookies enabled on your browser? You must have cookies enabled for authentication.
