If you encounter an error message in your browser, you may want to clear your browser's history/cache. The steps below show how to do this for the most commonly used browsers.

Chrome

  1. Navigate to the Settings icon at the top right of the browser.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Go to Advanced.
  4. Go to “Clear browsing data.”
  5. Select what data to clear.

Edge

  1. Navigate to the Settings icon at the top right of the browser.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Go to “Clear browsing data” and select “Choose what to clear.”
  4. Select what data to clear.

Firefox

  1. Navigate to the Settings icon at the top right of the browser.
  2. Go to Options.
  3. Go to Privacy & Security.
  4. To clear the browser history, scroll down to History.
  5. Select “Clear History…” and select what data to clear.

Internet Explorer

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon at the top right of the browser.
  2. Go to Internet Options.
  3. Under General, go to the section for Browsing History an select “Delete.”
  4. Select what data to clear.
