Stress-Less Resources

The Library will have a variety of stress-less activities to support you during finals week.

  • Coloring for Calmness - Take a study break and visit our coloring table. Did you know that research supports coloring as a way to relieve anxiety? Take a look at our bibliography of research to learn more.
  • Magnetic Poetry - Give your brain an opportunity to think outside the box with magnetic poetry. Create your own poem or add on to a poem in progress.
  • Snacks in the Stacks - Look out for our snack cart. We'll be passing out snacks randomly throughout the week.

Be sure to follow us on Instagram to participate in virtual activities and see more of what we're doing to support you during finals week.
