Florida Lawyer’s Assistance (FLA)

Florida Lawyers Assistance, Inc. (FLA) is the non-profit that serves Florida’s law students, judges, and attorneys for substance use and mental health concerns.  We also provide wellness support services and have regular educational events online.  For law students only, we have a free weekly stress relief group facilitated by a licensed clinician, and we offer a host of individualized services and presentations. 

CALI Mindfulness Practice for Law School

Mindfulness Practice for Law SchoolLaw school creates a competitive environment with significantly more work than most undergraduate programs. The new expectations and environment increases anxiety and stress for many students. This lesson introduces basic skills to help students practice mindfulness and stay in the present despite the numerous stressors. You will need to log into CALI log to complete this lesson.
