If you encounter an error message in your browser, you may want to clear your browser's history/cache. The steps below show how to do this for the most commonly used browsers.
Chrome
Navigate to the Settings icon at the top right of the browser.
Go to Settings.
Go to Privacy and Security.
Select “Clear browsing data.”
Select what data to clear.
Edge
Navigate to the Settings icon at the top right of the browser.
Go to Settings.
Select the link for Privacy, Search, and Services.
Go to “Clear browsing data” and select “Choose what to clear.”
Select what data to clear.
Firefox
Navigate to the menu icon at the top right of the browser.
Go to Settings.
Go to Privacy & Security.
To clear the browser history, scroll down to History.
Select “Clear History…” and select what data to clear.
