If you encounter an error message in your browser, please make sure that your browser has cookies enabled. The steps below show how to enable cookies for the most commonly used browsers.
To enable cookies in Chrome:
Click the more button and select “Settings.”
Scroll to the bottom and find “Advanced.”
Under “Privacy and security,” select the option for “Site settings.”
Click on “Cookies and site data” and turn on the switch for “Allow sites to save and read cookie data.”
To enable cookies in Edge:
Scroll to the bottom and click on the button for “View advanced settings.”
Scroll down to the “Cookies” heading and select “Don’t block cookies” from the drop down box.
To enable cookies in Firefox:
Click the menu button and select “Options.”
Select “Privacy & Security” and find the “Cookies and Site Data" heading.
Select "Standard" protection and cookies will be automatically enabled.
Note: If using "Custom" settings, make sure that the cookies check-mark is unchecked.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:
Click the settings icon in the top right of the browser, then scroll down to and select "Internet Options."
Select the "Privacy" tab," then select the "Advanced" button under the Settings heading.
Under Cookies, make sure "Accept" is selected for both first-party and third-party cookies.
To enable cookies in Safari:
Under the “Safari” menu at the top left, select “Preferences.”
A menu of options will appear. Select “Privacy.”
The box for “Block all cookies” should be unchecked.
