If you encounter an error message in your browser, please make sure that your browser has cookies enabled. The steps below show how to enable cookies for the most commonly used browsers.

Chrome

To enable cookies in Chrome:

Click the more button and select “Settings.”


Select the "Privacy and security" link on the left-hand menu.

Click on “Third-party cookies” and select "Allow third-party cookies."

Edge

To enable cookies in Edge:

Click the more button and select “Settings.”

Find and select the "Cookies and site permissions" link.

Select "Manage and delete cookies and site data."

If the option for "Block third-party cookies" is toggled on, turn the toggle off.

Firefox

To enable cookies in Firefox:

Click the menu button and select “Options.”

Select “Privacy & Security” and find the “Cookies and Site Data" heading.

Select "Standard" protection and cookies will be automatically enabled.

Note: If using "Custom" settings, make sure that the cookies check-mark is unchecked.

Safari

To enable cookies in Safari:

Under the “Safari” menu at the top left, select “Settings.”

The box for “Block all cookies” should be unchecked.
