Researchers are encouraged submit the Appointment and Materials Request forms at least 3 business days in advance of their visit to ensure materials are available for use. Certain materials that may not be accessible to researchers in adherence with the requirements of applicable state and federal information protection laws. The department does not currently charge for reasonable research requests. Please keep in mind that due to the condition of certain materials may preclude or alter patron access. We will do our best to fulfill all Appointment and Material Requests!
